This three day celebration will present the most beautiful cars from collections around the world in a display the likes of which has never been seen in Australia.<br /><br />Aiding and abetting this celebration is a group of seven importers (including Trembath & Taylor) of Italy's classic sparkling wine - Prosecco, as the new DOCG classification is presented at the <strong>Prosecco DOCG Bar</strong>. Austrian winemakers call them 'Gemischte Satz' meaning 'mixed plantings', in Alsace, they are known as 'Edelzwicker' and in Italy, they are often referred to as 'Super Whites'.<br /><br />Whatever the denomination, these textural, aromatic, food-friendly whites explore the idea that there is more to life than mono-varietal. Longrain (Sam Christie and Martin Boetz) have joined forces with several of Australia and New Zealands' winemakers and a number of importers, including Trembath & Taylor, to celebrate and explore this enticing new wine category.
